Not a professional organization
I attended one of the MOA summits in LV. I paid for an upgraded ticket which was supposed to include a photo op, extended networking, as well as other items. There was no communication before or when I arrived as to where/when all of this stuff was supposed to take place. I ended up attending as just general admission. After the event ended, the main owner left almost immediately and the crowd dispersed pretty quickly. It was obvious whatever was supposed to happen I missed it so I left with everyone else. When I returned home, I emailed them and said I paid for the upgraded ticket and essentially just received general admission so I'd like a refund of the difference. Received a response from someone who said my concern had been "escalated" and someone else would be in touch with me shortly. Never heard anything. Not a great look. A couple month's later they were holding another event so I thought I'd give it one more try. I emailed to get on the guest list and again received an email saying someone would be in touch. This was about 2-3 weeks before the event. Heard nothing. About 4 days before the event, someone who identified himself as another owner of the company contacted me to ask if anyone had reached out to me. Told him no but at that point it didn't matter because I had other stuff going on now. That was the last I heard from him. THE DAY BEFORE the event, someone called and asked if I was still interested (the event was in a different city so there would have been travel involved). That pretty much confirmed for me this organization is a clown fiesta and not run by professional people. As other reviews have mentioned, if you're willing to shell out a lot of money, then it seems like they will pay attention to you but otherwise I would stay away.
