I recently bought a blazer that was final sale. What I received was 2 sizes larger than what was on the tag! The company refuses to exchange it or take any responsibility for incorrect sizing. I’ve seen online that this is a common complaint. They’ve lost my business.

I ordered a total of five items for around $700 with promo code. Two weeks later, nothing, no email- I check with the shipping update and all it says is "label created." I email customer service *twice* in the course of the following week- no one gets back to me. I try calling the customer service number on the website- and get a regular voicemail like one you would get in a house. I text with an online agent who says she doesn't know where the package is. I call the store in DC, and the woman tries to help me but is obviously not in charge of the website. FOUR WEEKS LATER I finally get through to a woman who refunds my purchase. I wanted to love this female-owned and run business, but for the price you are paying for the clothes, the customer service is frankly, unforgivable
