I found the company excellent to deal with. I ordered two products but one was missing from the package. I called them promptly and they sent me the missing product in two days. I gave them four stars only because I'm not yet sure if the product I ordered--green label hemp oil--is helping me or not for Myalgic Encephalomyeltis (M.E./CFS). I think over the course of five weeks that it has helped but then I developed a side effect--several days of low blood sugar and I'm trying to figure out if this is the effect of the hemp oil alone, hemp plus an interaction with something else I take or maybe I ramped up dose too fast and after a break I've restarted on a low dose. Sometimes less is more. TBC

Really easy and quick service. A copy of the doctors rec gets sent via email immediately. The only issue I ever had was when the website was down and I tried to get into a couple new clinics, I was denied access. Besides that one incident, I think it’s the best route for obtaining/renewing a recommendation.

Very very easy to find online. Upload the picture. Fill out the questions, very simple and non-invasive. I was a little worried because I ordered two things - a renewal recommendation and an easy carry MMJ ID card. Since the ID card had my name and authorization number on it I thought I was good to go. But turns out the paper rec is the only document that comes with the actual seal. So the ID card ended up being kind of waste of money because I personally have not found use for it. Otherwise, the service was perfect, easy, and affordable. Trustworthy.

This is a very easy and quick service to use, you get your recommendation almost immediately. The first time I went I applied I was actually at a shop and the shop owner gave me a tablet to file for my recommendation and I got to use it that day. The reason I gave it only 4 stars, is I am on a limited income it I believe the fees could be a little less say $10 or $15 less. If this were the case I would be raving about it to all my friends and stop looking for a better deal. Thanks, marc
