DO NOT RENEW/REGISTER WITH THESE FRAUDULENT THIEVES. Today at two different dispensaries I have previously visited regularly (with this rec), informed me my recommendation given by MMJDOCTORONLINE was in fact fraudulent and are not certifiable or valid recommendations. After realizing my online verification was unsafe, I verified with the CA health board about my physician who approved it, Dr. Milton A. Miller, and it turns out he passed away in 2016, practiced ophthalmology professionally during his lifetime (no relation to medical marijuana whatsoever), and that his License is running out the clock since his death. After contacting the support at MMJDO, they would not give me any info about the doctor, refused to provide any more information about his role or their procedure, and the receptionist gave a fake name TWICE when I asked (same raspy voice). She simply told me that I was wrong and to just go somewhere else. To seem legit, they have setup their own verification system to bypass Greenlife and other HIPAA certified authorizations. A snake move from a scam company. Make sure you see your doctor face to face (even skype) when renewing a rec. They were quick to cancel and refund my recommendation once they knew I was onto them-- the service rep wouldn't give any helpful or legal advice. Currently waiting for refund to process. They can steal your identity, have access to medical records, and can use this information in any way. I will still be pursuing legal action against them. Be safe and stay informed fellow patients. Also... As an online business in the state of California, MMJ Doctor Online is required to have a Department of Consumer Affairs License Number to Operate. It is very easy to check if a business is fraudulent by verifying this information through the CA state website. After no results by name, I called them to receive this information by phone so I could verify their legality. I was met with strong opposition immediately, was told "They cannot provide this information" which I called out as being BS since it is public information, and ended up being hung up on right then and there. I urge you to do the same, and anyone who gets that info Post it here so it is public. These guys are going down, and their blatant misuse of personal medical information and illegal practices will be met with legal repercussions.

Found out that my "doctor" has been dead for two years. So, thanks for nothing I guess. At least I didn't spend much, but I guess you get what you pay for. So if you're into paying for a dead doctor's name to be used, there are still some places that will accept it, so good luck finding those dispensaries.

Don't waste your money. This Doctor recommendation for medical marijuana is useless. No tax break!!!

Giving these guys one star because zero isn't an option. I paid for my rec and got it pretty quickly. That was all great until dispensaries wouldn't accept my rec or had already accepted it but then came back and denied it later because this company had been forging doctor signatures. The doctor on my rec didn't work for this company and reported the company for fraud. DO NOT go through these guys unless you want to throw your money away and get a replacement rec from a reputable LOCAL doctor.

This company is a fake. Do not use them. I paid the fees and obtained a ID. Then used it twice until I was notified by numerous dispensaries that the doctor on my ID was actually not a practicing doctor. The document was falsified. I had to then pay more money from a actual doctor to obtain the correct ID to use.

I Wasn’t approved because I am bipolar.. Which is odd because marijuana has helped with my anxiety and sleep issues that I’ve dealt with all my life. I still use mood stabilizers and use marijuana in place of the harsh medicines they prescribe for anxiety and the insomnia medications that upset my stomach and are hard to “sleep off.” Everyone has seen improvements in my behavior for over a decade since I started to medicating. My psychiatrist knows I prefer marijuana to the medications he prescribed for the anxiety and insomnia and supports my decision to self medicate. I’ve had a club card for many years but was in a jam and needed a quick renewal online so i could place an order because my normal “doctor” office down the street was closed. My little brother recommended this place, and I was denied. I didn’t know that people even got denied especially this day in age 😂 it was comical but they gave me my money back which is the only positive thing. For “doctors” trying to help patients with their ailments and demons, they turned me down REAL quick - and I’m an actual patient with medical issues who prefer marijuana to heavy psyciotics unlike almost all card holders who just like to smoke (that I know personally). Highly disappointmented in their service & a little annoyed I still am getting emails from them when I found a better, quicker and easier online renewal service. Actually got my brothers and two other people who used their service to not renew here and use the other service I found for a better experience. They agreed also.
