No show and No customer support
I paid 75d dollars upfront for a telemedicine appointment on MMJ.com, but the doctor never showed up. I waited for over an hour and fifteen minutes and no one ever connected.Trying to get a hold of someone to fix this has been impossible. When you call their phone number, it just directs you to "live support." Their live support chat is an automated bot named "Sam" that offers no actual help and simply tells you to send an email. I sent an email through their website, which claims they reply within 24 hours, but it has been past that window and I have received zero response.The website promises a "100% money-back guarantee" if you aren't approved, but they won't even respond to process the refund for their own no-show. Do not recommend. Save your money and use a provider with actual customer service like leafwell. Update: I joined the same link sent via my email last night today in the afternoon and was able to see a doctor and got approved, still 1 star for making me wait for over an hour and no service, lack of customer support and falsely advertising avaibility. I would have been able to already buy from the dispensary today after 830 PM if MJJ.com accomadated me at the time we agreed upon.
