It works well enough, but it tastes horrible. I have never had a tincture that taste so bad. It’s so hard to get used to it. I’ve had so many other brands that tasted good and then I got this one and I would never buy it again

It would be helpful if they would send an e-mail when my items have shipped. And they might want to consider not sending things USPS until the post office gets their act together (my purchase should have been delivered five days ago Priority Mail, but the post office says it’s still in transit). Awesome products that are well researched and well made.

Hi Diane, thanks for the feedback! We are working on our system to provide shipment notifications. We recently updated our system so that should be coming soon! And apologies for the USPS, I know that it can be frustrating when packages don't come on time. We utilize both USPS and FedEx for larger packages. USPS allows us to charge a lower shipping rate, but if problems persist, you can be sure we will look at making a change. Thanks!

In general, Mountain Meadow is expensive, hopefully still worthwhile, but expensive. Too expensive to be worth five stars. As to our current order, we placed our order in the cart, and applied a discount code. The code appeared to apply, but when we continued the discount went away. We tried a number of times and on a couple devices, and it still went the same way. We placed our order anyway, and contacted them and they credited our card. However, this was frustrating at the time, and still somewhat, since with the card discount our total fell below free shipping and we needed to pay shipping. If the site had worked, we probably would have noticed and straightened it out.

Good ingredients and good service, but find the moisturizers too greasy on my face which in turn makes my long hair greasy!

It seems the only customers you care about are pregnant or nursing women. All your specials are focused on them. Your descriptions are seriously lacking in helpful information too. I know there are thousands of uses for herbal supplements and info on what each is used for is tedious, but I’m afraid it’s very necessary. You can’t just say “this herb is on sale, give it a try”! What is it for?! Your selection is small but that’s ok as long as there is a COMPLETE DESCRIPTION OF USES ETC for each! Diversify! Your sales will vastly improve.

You are right that we have a large number of products dedicated to pregnant and nursing moms, but we also have a huge line of products for general health. Additionally, you'll find a specials tab on our homepage that will outline some of the sales for the year, and I think you'll find that many of them are not necessarily geared toward just pregnant and nursing moms, but towards general health as well.
