Hello Ruby, I mentioned it in our message before, and even now you admitted that the bot delivered your items. Not to mention, this trade took place two months ago. Bringing this up months later and trying to blame us because your items disappeared afterward is completely unreasonable and disrespectful. We have fulfilled thousands of orders without a problem. Once a trade is completed and delivered into your hands, account security is your responsibility, not ours. We will not be refunding or replacing an order that was successfully delivered. We are not going to refund you for an order just because you lost the item. I advise you to clear your cookies and change your password if you do decide to purchase from another shop so this doesn't happen again, since items disappearing from your inventory is a clear sign of an unauthorized user in your account.

Hi Kemp, thank you for the feedback, though we are a bit confused by your 1-star rating. Since you noted that our digital delivery was fast and smooth, our customer service was friendly, and the process was well-organized, could you please clarify what specifically didn't meet your expectations for a digital item? We would love to know what part of the item or service fell short so we can address it. And we can't seem to find any record under the name "Kemp" from our entire database. We appreciate all feedback; however, this review is a false and misleading representation of what actually happened. At MM2MARTS, our policy clearly states that orders may take up to 2 days MAX to be delivered. In your case, we were communicating and attempting to deliver much earlier than that, as we do with nearly all orders. When we discovered that the specific item you purchased (Vampire Gun 2018) priced at $0.65 was temporarily unavailable, we immediately offered you alternative items of similar value, exactly as our policy explains. Instead of working with us, you demanded a Dark Set valued at $27.99, which is over 20x the value of the item you bought. You stated that you did not care what our policies were, and that you would either receive the expensive item you wanted or you would leave a 1-star review. You also threatened to use multiple accounts to leave additional negative reviews to sabotage our business if we did not give you the high-value items you requested. You even said that if we wanted a “clean review section,” we should give you the Dark Set. This is clear blackmail and intentional sabotage, and no legitimate business should reward this behavior. Despite your threats, we still handled the situation professionally and fully refunded your $0.65. You lost nothing from the transaction, yet still used reviews as leverage to pressure us into giving items far beyond what you purchased. MM2MARTS has fulfilled hundreds of orders with fast delivery, proper communication, and fairness. We always prioritize resolving issues respectfully, and we work hard to maintain a great customer experience. However, we do not tolerate manipulative, abusive, or dishonest behavior, and we will not give out valuable items in exchange for threats.
