Between MVL, A and B & Roadway avoid using all of them if at all possible. I was over charged according to my paperwork that I received by all three companies. A And B admitted to mishandling paperwork and then Shazam they say I wasn’t overcharged. I call shenanigans on that. To go along with being overcharged after asking Roadway if there were going to be any hidden charges and being told no I get hit with all kinds of hidden charges. That wasn’t the end of it. After handing off my stuff a couple of different times and it arrives at my new residence in Texas I am missing some of my stuff. I spoke with A and B about my missing stuff and crickets. Not only was I missing stuff a number of my moving tubs had cracks in the lids from mishandling/stacking. The final straw was MVL leaving behind all of packing moving trash. This is not a good look for all three companies Roadway, A and B and MVL. I wouldn’t recommend any of these companies.

This moving company is awful!!!!
This moving company is awful! They lost my bookcase & numerous items of mine were broken. Lamps, end table, picture frame, Harley Davidson mug, bull skull, wine glass. I felt so angry & disrespected. They gave me 2 fans that weren't mine. These things some of which can never be replaced. I am disgusted as they will not help you get reimbursed. I tried to file a complaint & was basically told it's useless. MOVERS BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY. Plus, made me pay an extra 100.00 when they delivered & wasn't going to wright it on the bill of lading, was going to pocket the cash. DISGUSTING!!!!

BEWARE THIS COMPANY WILL TRY TO RIP YOU…
BEWARE THIS COMPANY WILL TRY TO RIP YOU OFF!!!!
Before booking, I reviewed the company’s cancellation policy, which clearly states that deposits are fully refundable if the customer cancels in writing at least three days before the scheduled pickup date.
My pickup was scheduled for July 18, and I submitted my cancellation in writing on July 10—eight days before the move. Despite following the written policy, I was told by a company representative that they actually require seven business days’ notice to receive a refund. That requirement does not appear anywhere in the cancellation policy I agreed to.
When I pointed out the discrepancy, rather than honoring the written agreement, I was told they do “so much work on the back end” and that everyone is subject to the same rule. While I understand businesses have costs, customers should be able to rely on the terms of the contract they sign—not additional policies communicated only after they request a refund.
I spoke with Christian Gomez who made it seem like they were helping me and ended up trying to take advantage.
My issue isn’t that my plans changed. It’s that the company refused to honor its own written cancellation policy.
I encourage anyone considering this company to carefully review all terms in writing and obtain clarification on any cancellation policies before paying a deposit.

Worse moving company ever
The guys who moved our furniture into the truck were fabulous. That is the only reason MLV is getting a star at all. It is 2 weeks past “1st available delivery date” and I cannot get anyone to answer a phone. All I want is a follow up on approximate delivery date. No one told us about the optional Premium Guaranteed Service or I would have paid for it. What does it take to get in touch with someone, because your phone number doesn’t work, ever! I’ve tried at least a dozen times at different times of the day. You can’t even leave a message.

A victim of the “bait & switch” scam
A victim of the “bait & switch” scam. I booked with Safe Moving LLC, point of contact Natalie (somewhere in Florida). I relocated from Minneapolis, MN to Arkansas. My original quote was 2300 something dollars & I paid a deposit of $1235 upfront. $585 when they pick up $585 when they drop my items off at destination. I made sure to ask lots of questions to ensure I was making the right decision. Natalie told me the movers come and wrap everything and load it up on the truck this is what’s included. She said when they deliver my items they bring them in and set everything up exactly wherever I wanted. I asked her about boxes she said the size didn’t matter. I also asked about my TVs because they were mounted. She said the movers would only pack and transport tvs, I would have to take them down myself. Ok cool, no problem. I was set for a 4/24 move. The day comes and all of a sudden the price changes, every service is additional fees not included in total price, despite what Natalie told me. They were rude, they kept saying that is not our problem, call the office. I called the office(Safe Movers/Moving LLC) they were no help, Kaylee was so disrespectful after I asked to speak with Natalie the main poc for my transaction. She kept saying, “You will not be speaking with Natalie, you will be speaking with me”. I do have all receipts. The movers said my total went from $2300 to $4000 because the amounts they give over the phone are just “estimates” which they never say on the phone. They call their boss he reasons with my fiance and the pick up cash total went from $585 to $631. Not to mention the mover man told me I had to write a review before they started or else they leave. Like whatttt. But what am I to do I have to get out this place. I have literally no extra money to spare with 4 boys. They don’t care, it’s all about money. Back to the story, My delivery date was set for 4/28 but when they sent new paperwork via email( I have receipts) the date went from 4/28-5/11. Fast forward to 5/13 and they are just bringing my things, demanded money before they pulled in my driveway, of course I didn’t give. I told the movers I wanted them to place my items outside the truck so I could inspect them. They said no and proceeded to close the door. I stood in front of the door so they could not close it cause at that point I see my boxes are damaged completely. Like Hell no I’m not giving not another red cent until I inspect my item. They called the police and said we assaulted them tried to press fake charges. I’m reporting them to BBB. This was my first time ever relocating with a moving company and it was a horrible experience literally am traumatized from this experience. I may have forgot something’s but my blood is boiling. These people played on my top like they didn’t breach their end of the contract. I will be in contact with a lawyer. This is not right my emotions are high. I urge people to get together for a class action lawsuit they can’t keep getting away with this BS.
I would have to respectfully disagree. According to all the low ratings on Google, trust pilot, and BBB yea you all are doing a wonderful job lmao. Your guys called the police and said “ Someone is stealing off our truck”. Remember I also have all video footage. I was recording from the beginning until the police left. I have the entire encounter. You guys tried to press fake charges and the police said “NOPE, we’re not doing that because no one was assaulted”. Also you guys didn’t know my entire home is loaded with cameras. So would you like to post them? Then the police report is non active because they did nothing at all.No charges or nothing. So yea would you all like to post video for video?? Thank ya!
Response from MLV Transportation LLCMay 31, 2026
Thank you for sharing your experience. At MLV Transportation, we take all feedback seriously and hold ourselves to the highest professional standards.
We respectfully disagree with the account described here. We have video documentation of the entire service, which reflects a very different version of events. Our team would never contact law enforcement without solid grounds and evidence to support doing so - and that is exactly what we had in this case.
Regarding the price adjustment: from the very beginning, our team clearly communicated that packing materials and services would be an additional cost. Unfortunately, the information provided by the customer about the volume and condition of their belongings was significantly underestimated, which directly impacted the final quote. This is not a practice we engage in - our pricing is based on the accurate details provided to us at the time of booking.
We understand that moving is stressful. However, we have an obligation to stand by our team, who acted professionally and in good faith throughout the entire process. Full documentation is available should this matter be escalated through any formal or legal channel.
We remain committed to providing honest, transparent, and quality service to all our customers.

Responsible for bait and switch scam
Responsible for bait and switch scam. My initial quote was $3400. After putting about 1/3 of my belongings on the truck, and company returned and said I had “too much stuff,” despite already going through everything I owned and said my new quote was $19000. Then they wanted more money to cancel and take my belongings off the truck. I was forced to cancel my flight and drive the remainder across the country myself. Laughably malevolent scam. Upon researching the company they brokered me with, they have an F rating with the better business bureau, and there are 100s of reviews of the same bait and switch scam, including taking advantage of elderly people and those with disabilities/disabled children. It’s bewildering how they’re still in business and the owners aren’t in prison. Currently in the midst of suing all parties involved
Response from MLV Transportation LLCMay 31, 2026
At MLV Transportation, our pricing is based entirely on the information provided at the time of booking. In this case, the details shared were significantly below what was actually moved - when the actual volume of belongings far exceeds what was originally reported to us, the price difference will reflect that gap accordingly. The quote we provide is only as accurate as the information we receive. This is standard practice in the moving industry.
We want to emphasize that our team never begins loading a truck without the customer first reviewing and signing an agreement. That signature is the customer's confirmation that they understood and accepted the terms before any work began. We stand firmly by that process and the documentation we have on file.
