MLBReviews of mlb.tv

The game itself is fine, most of the time (though it’s annoying when they arbitrarily cut out the 7th inning stretch), but the same ads and highlights (there must be more available than the same 6 players) every day is very tiresome!

It becomes torture being forced to watch the same 10 terrible adds over and over without being able to skip ever. no longer bearable after just a week.

I live in the UK and have had MLBTV since it began. It has never been perfect, but, this year has been incredibly frustrating. I subscribe as a New York Mets fan, but, paid the extra to watch all games. But, I have been getting a message telling me I can't watch select regular season, certain events and post season games even on days like today when all games are supposed to be free to watch! Why does this happen and it's been happening since day one Add to that the games broadcast by Peacock, ESPN and Apple TV and I'm not able to watch games I thought I paid for. There is no way fans outside the US can watch the mid season classic or the post season live because they are broadcast by pay per view services Next season I will not be subscribing and will watch condensed games the next morning or see if I can get to watch the free games without a subscription. Customer service is abysmal and the two stars are for when I can watch broadcast from SNY and for showing MiLB. £150 is a lot of money and I'm no longer happy to spend it on a rip off service.

MLB raised their subscription price. It has blackouts for both Ohio teams. It does not include the world series games. Cancelled our subscription for 2024.

The audio and video for NY Mets games are never in sync, including commercials. I emailed 3x already and all I get is more questions. I've tried deleting and redownload of the app. I tried pulling the plug on the TV as recommended. No one seems to care about the quality of the broadcast since they already have my money

I purchased this so I could watch MILB games on TV and not just on my phone I had technical issues at the start of the season and when I called customer service they had no clue how MLBTV even works. They kept saying it was a problem with my TV. It was not. About 1 month into the season I could start watching games. My son plays and because he’s so far away, this is the only way I can watch him. Very frustrating never knowing if I’m going to get to watch. This last week there has not been any games available. When I call customer service again to question why there is no access, they tell me they are having technical difficulties (FOR A WEEK) . Then they tell me I can watch on my phone. Sure ! I love holding my phone for a 2 1/2 hour game. That’s why I subscribed to MLB.TV, so I wouldn’t have to watch on a phone. Very disappointed in this subscription!

Horrible blackout policy that's getting worse every year. They sell more games to Apple TV, Peacock, TBS and then I can't watch the Braves play the Cubs or the Tigers because of where I am in SW Michigan. Whoever is doing the broadcast, show it on the MLB app. It's that channel's commercials and ad revenue. MLB, it's not that hard. Quit screwing your customer base.

You get a subscription the the game you want to watch is only a available through a subscription to Peacock+. For this reason I will never subscribe to Peacock and will only keep MLB because it is free from TMobile. Would never pay for it.
