Yesterday I tried to reach out to the company after I had purchased a custom voicemail greeting from them and what's unsure how to set it as my voicemail greeting but still haven't heard back from anybody. I just sent a second email and I'm hoping that somebody gets back to me because I love the idea of using this but if I can't even figure out how to set it as my voicemail greeting, then what good does it do me to even have? I paid for it and carefully customized my intended reading, downloaded it as an mp3, as it was recommended, but couldn't get any further than that which is very frustrating because no one seems to want to get back to a concerned customer. Does anybody have any advice? I have an Android for specifically a Galaxy Z-Fold 4. HELP!!! Thank you! P.S: If I end up hearing from the company I will come back to this and update my review with five stars but if not, I'm going to make it one star. I think that's perfectly reasonable considering I've invested money into something I can't use and I wouldn't want others making the same mistake I did.

The choice in voices and audio is great! However, there is no way to create an account to save recordings for future use, or to have them to easily edit in the future. In addition, I did five recordings but was unable to utilize the advertised discount. The site would only add one recording to the cart at a time. I had to check out each recording separately. So while the audio recording quality is good and the options are good, the lack of having a user account and saved previous recordings makes me unlikely to use it again.
