I bought this watch as they said on their website has a feature to track your walking plan with a GPS But it does not. Even doesn't show messages. definitely rubbish. Costumer service absolutely is the worst one, they're asking £35 for return

The disappointing thing is that I ordered their razor after going through trustscorelab which reviewed the razor as 9.8 out of 10. I can only guess this website is also run by the same company. Just received my razor and it is nothing like the one advertised, doesn’t even have the “precision beard trimmer” on the razor, let alone any attachments. I now know I’m now going to start the long returns procedure or they won’t answer my emails as evident in the other reviews I have read. UPDATE-Have asked for a refund as it is not the product advertised. They did get back to me with the following options. 1.A refund of 3% of your order value while keeping the product. That's £2.70 from £89 2.Refund with the following conditions -I pay for the initial delivery to me, and the return delivery to Hong Kong -Return delivery is approx £35 -They will deduct 15% handling fee -It will take approx. 1 month to process -I have to provide tracking info -No refund if not cleared by customs A rough calculation is that it's approx. £50 costs to get £40 back from my £89. After a month! They also state I need polystyrene filling in my packaging.

I ordered an item for $115 and was unsatisfied with the quality, so I initiated a return process. Usually that should be pretty easy, but the only way to contact this company is by email. They have two listed, I have emailed both at least twice, and still no response. Now I’m stuck with this razor after 14 days of the delivery- as their policy doesn’t accept returns after 14 days of delivery. Just go to CVS and buy a razor the safe way. Google this company and read reviews before purchasing. Don’t make the same mistake I made. Zero stars. Very disappointed.

Vous pouvez toujours contacter le service client mais il ne répond pas. Outre le fait que les cgv sont incomplètes et ridicules, il manque les mentions légales sur le site. N'achetez pas, c'est une arnaque

Well, what can I say! I wanted to return my razor as I cannot get any reply from Mivrass UK about my warranty. It was a gift from my wife and I am over the 14 day return policy. Looks like Mivrass is defo a company to avoid at all costs. I'm probably stuck with the razor now and £89.95 out of pocket! You have been warned!!!
