Purchased Pro8 shaver for $109.00 U.S. without properly vetting product first. I was extremely disappointed with product quality and contacted Mivrass to return. They offer return with a shipping cost of £35.00 and 15% restock fee. Total money return of $47.99 U.S. Do not buy! Very cheaply made and poor shaving results. Complete rip-off! This company does not stand behind it's products. Do not buy anything from them.

We purchased a video doorbell, which looked exactly what we required. It was not until we downloaded the App to then realise you needed to subscribe for storage! We contacted customer services about this and they said we didn't have to subscribe it could be saved to an SD Card, which our phones are not compatible with! We therefore asked for a refund when they then said we would have to ship it to Hong Kong at a cost of £35.00 (roughly), we would have to pay for tracking, if it was stuck in custom they would not refund us! They also offered us roughly 3% what we paid and to keep the product, which worked out about £4.00 and a product which is no use to us! When we first purchased this item, it did not come from Hong Kong, it must have been shipped from their UK site, so why I cannot return it to there I do not understand! Therefore, I will be leaving this review on here and my Facebook page and other websites, they are just just a rip off if you are not happy, so I advise DO NOT PURCHASE!

I purchased 2 Mivrass sport watches from a supposed reviewer that rated them top out of 5. Impressive specs. But, they are an isolated ecosystem and do not integrate with any standard sports apps. I never opened the package and immediately tried to return. No options. USPS WILL NOT send any Lithium batteries on carriers outside of US. UPS wanted to charge me over $250 to send watches that I paid just over $300 for. Mivrass support service is non-existent. They just repeat the same answer over and over again. Probably BOTS. I also found out they are a drop-shipper and have no allegiance or quality concerns with the OEM. STAY AWAY!!!

If I could give them zero stars, I would. So far I have exchanged 35 emails with them trying to get a refund on my doorbell camera.. They keep jerking me around. It doesn’t work. I have told them that. I have followed every request they have given me for videos to show that it doesn’t work yet. They just continue to tell me they’re working on it. I just want a refund. I just want to return the product and buy a doorbell camera from a reputable company. . Stay as far away from them as you can.

After credit card was declined had fraud on it the next day. Also text bombed after credit card company declined the attempted fraud charges. Stay away....

Extremely awful company. Ripped me off £187, no one has been in contact and I do not recommend anyone purchases through this website - they have not responded to 4 emails, no acknowledgement or nothing.

Worst company I've ever dealt with! I purchased two doorbells that didn't work so I emailed them asking how to return the item & nothing. After nearly 2 months I contacted my bank to do a charge back and only then did then contact me to threaten me with either paying to post the item back to them in China. Now I'm getting threats of debt recovery even though I've told them to collect the items since January (it's now April). DO NOT TRUST THESE SCAMMERS!

Instructions told me to download the Camtro app but then it turned out we needed the Seeing app. Value for money is poor. Not least because you have to get an annual subscription to playback video. I am sure there are much better models and makes around.STEER CLEAR OF THIS CROWD.
