DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. If zero or minus was allowed I would not hesitate to use that as a rating. I purchased a ring doorbell from them which only records people leaving my property but never on arrival (the product was not a cheap version at £110). I sent video evidence of this on a number of occasions and despite this and 26 emails over a three week period they came back and blamed me saying it was user error? I asked for justification for this and none was provided. Every email received in response apologised for the time being taken and thanked me for my patience (exactly the same worded email on three occasions) and never a question I posed was answered so my conclusion is that the responses are AI generated. To, at the end of it to place the blame on me with no factual justification is just ridiculous. How is it the user’s fault when the product films people leaving but never arriving? Probably the worst customer service I’ve encountered in my lifetime, DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

I wouldn’t give any stars for this company I ordered a doorbell reading on their website no subscription required I was having trouble setting up the device through my router so I decided to get a refund explaining I was having issues but basically they said you have to send it back and pay for postage not happy at all with the feedback I had from them I recommend to everyone thinking of purchasing goods from them NOT TO

Passer votre chemin. Marque déplorable. Écran noir au bout de 15 jours d utilisation. Réponse du fabricant : il ne faut pas de douche avec la montre. La bonne blague, la montre est prévue pour faire de la natation… Une arnaque totale.

Terrible service ,kept apologising for not sorting my problem with my camera door bell. Only had the device for just over a week and it never worked properly. Don't buy anything from them because if you have to send the device back, probably to Hong Kong , it will cost you nearly as much as what you originally paid for it. Nearly 2 weeks now to hear from them and nothing so far!!

If I could give no stars; then I would do so. Impossible to get hold of; no discernible UK presence, misleading reviews and a useless, to me, product but hyped with misleading reviews
