Maharishi International UniversityReviews of miu.edu

I worked at MIU for 18 years and enjoyed living in the heart of the MIU community, doing meditation program twice a day in the Golden Dome, and working to promote the university and its programs. It felt like one big family.

The Best. I recommend it to everyone, young or old.

I loved my time at MIU getting my Master’s degree. I found the consciousness-based education approach really stimulating and the block system worked well for me. A major joy for me was being able to have my son attend elementary and middle school right on campus at the same time. I was able to send him back to MIU for his first year of university and it was rewarding to know that he was happy to be back there for that year. Best place to be for education and self-development.

No institution is perfect but studying at MIU is a breath of fresh air compared to all the other universities I have studied at (4).

The value of my studies at MIU back in the 1980s has allowed me to live a full and wonderful life both professionally and personally. I’m very grateful I had the opportunity to experience this revolutionary system of learning. Thank you.

In a rapidly changing world, the most valuable thing one can get out of university studies is the ability to think creatively and adapt to the needs of the time. Maharishi International University’s unique approach focuses on individual development to help unfold the student’s full potential... No other educational institution in the world has such a well developed and time tested approach! This is the place to be if you want a chance to be at your best!

MIU is the only university with an emphasis on consciousness, the container of all the students' knowledge. During my four years of undergraduate the morning and evening meditations took the stress of performing away, and gave me clarity, peace, energy, and joy.

I enjoyed returning to college after a few years in the work force and found MIU the best place to land. There were some very creative and intelligent faculty, but mainly they were nourishing. The core courses were interesting, it was fun to learn about a variety of fields I would not have scheduled in my courses. Because everything was taught with reference to the Unified Field of all the laws of nature, the same underlying field of intelligence experienced in my own consciousness, I developed the habit of seeing how things are different expressions of the same underlying field of truth. That perspective was easily applied to people, situations, new knowledge, and basically all of life so that I always feel at home wherever I am. Tell me what other college can do that for you!
