Maharishi International UniversityReviews of miu.edu

I did a masters degree there in Vedic Studies and it was the deep knowledge I was looking for, the professors were all extremely knowledgeable and thought-provoking. The campus is a bit third world in terms of comfort, even for a university, but I liked that as it made me focus more on deep knowledge. Friendly student body!

My experience as a student was challenging but hugely rewarding; I learned a lot on many levels without much strain. My qualifications and experience paved the way for very satisfying employment, also. MIU gave me everything I wanted and more. Thank you!

After being out of college for 15 years I enrolled at MIU to get a masters degree. I was a bit nervous about keeping up with the younger students who had just spent 4 years active in academia. As soon as I started, however, I was totally at ease. The acceptance of all the students and the professors for each other was so uplifting. Everyone helped everyone else do their best - we were not competing against each other but supporting each other no matter what our backgrounds were. And one course at a time is so ideal! It's great to have time to delve deeply into a subject and not juggle various other assignments.

Vital knowledge; great teachers; high-level research; dynamic student life.

I enjoyed my time studying at MIU year ago. Excellent professors and a very dynamic international student body.

What a great place this campus is, I smile every time I walk down the street. Not sure what it is, but I think they call it bliss.

My time at MIU as a graduate student and later as a junior faculty were among the best years of my life -- the quality of the teachers and students, the positive energy, the friendliness and the international environment.

Feel very, very fortunate to have spent my learning years at Maharishi International University.
