⭐️ 1-Star for Mitigately Debt Consolidation I had a very disappointing experience with Mitigately. I signed up expecting professional guidance and meaningful help with my debt, but the experience did not meet my expectations. Communication and transparency were major concerns for me. Never answered, try calling supervisor(Dana Martinez) a lot of times and she never gets back to you,they always come up with a story I also felt that some of the information and expectations were not explained clearly from the beginning. She explained that I did qualify for a program that credit cards and loans will be paid off in 90 days, due to good payment history and having credit over 650 still waiting😡.Overall, I do not feel that I received the level of service I was expecting for the money I paid. The Law company tells me one thing and their customer service tells an other. A bunch of lies and never tell the truth😡😡. I would recommend that anyone considering Mitigately carefully review the contract, fees, and terms before enrolling. Make sure you understand exactly what you are paying for and what results you can realistically expect. Jose Cortez
