The watch hands discolored and I emailed them about it. I was asked to mail the watch back at my expense . Did that. Now they have gone MIA with no response. So essentially, they stole back the watch I bought from them. I’ve emailed/called and done everything I can…no response!!!

I bought a Mistura in Columbia several years ago. After 2 weeks it stopped working. I recently wrote the company and told them about my problem. They said send it and they would see what they could do. I sent it to Texas over a month ago. They agreed that they received it and said they would get back to me. After many attempts and no response, I now realize their customer service is no better than the quality of their product.

The watches are beautiful. However do NOT send/give them your watch for repair or battery replacement! They took two of my watches in February and promised a return within 3 - 4 weeks. I still do not have my watches, and they do not respond to my contact.
