Good product, slow shipping
I love the Mistik product, but ordering through the direct website took much longer than expected - almost 4 weeks to receive and no tracking number was provided. But happy to have the product as it's a great hair care option.

Hi Matt, your order is on its way. You should receive it early next week :) Hi Matt, happy you've well received the products and like them. There was a strike from our shipping company (Canada Post) which unsettled our operations and gotthings a bit out of our control. Now that the strike is over, we will have a more normal delivery time : 4-5 days for US orders. Thanks again and have a great day :)
