Media HouseReviews of mistermedia.co

Purchased an Instagram engagement/follower package from Media Mister for a genuine UK-based brand account and had a very poor experience. The followers delivered appeared to be very low-quality bot accounts and did not resemble authentic engagement as advertised. I also received irrelevant bot comments unrelated to my content, which negatively affected the credibility and professionalism of my page. I contacted support politely, explained the issue very clearly, and requested either a refund or higher-quality replacements. After multiple follow-ups, I received no meaningful resolution or further response. I ultimately removed all of the followers/comments myself to protect my brand credibility. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this service to businesses seeking genuine social media growth.

I had a very poor experience with Media Mister. I purchased: 1,525 TikTok likes 1,000 TikTok followers I received multiple emails confirming the order had been fully delivered, but the numbers never properly reached the purchased amounts and then started dropping heavily almost immediately. At the time of ordering, I already had my own genuine likes and followers on the account. After removing my original numbers, the actual delivered amount was far below what I paid for. The likes dropped dramatically over a very short period and the followers also continued decreasing after being marked as “completed.” At one stage, the likes had dropped to only a tiny fraction of the amount purchased. I emailed support multiple times with screenshots and detailed evidence showing the rapid decline and under-delivery, but received no response. The most frustrating part is that the service was marked as completed despite clearly not being fulfilled correctly. Based on my experience, the engagement provided was unstable, the quantities purchased were not delivered properly, and customer support became unresponsive once the issues were raised. I am still waiting for a refund and resolution. In my opinion, this company operates in a misleading way and should be properly investigated and reported.

MediaMister.com Took my money, gave me the views. Then a few months later they tried to use my credit card (or they sold my credit card info to someone else) to buy stuff on Patagonia and Pottery barn. Lmao

I wish I could go lower! Don't waste your money. They will load the followers or likes or whatever extremely quickly. This raised a red flag with me and I emailed them with my concern. I received a response the next day saying that my order was completed and they don't have problems like the one I mentioned to them. So I ordered more and sure enough everything has been deleted. Total waste of money. No response when a refund was requested.

I wish I could give this company zero stars. I paid to get 1000 followers. At first I got them. I tracked them and over 3 days over 400 followers stopped following. I complained with no response. I messaged again and it took them a week to reply. They topped up my followers by 100. In 2 days I lost another 300. I complained again and had no reply. These followers aren't retained. They are bogus followers that pull out within days of being put on your list. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. It is a complete waste of money and time. I will never use them again. Out of the 1000 I paid for I kept maybe 250. Even today they are still dropping. Never again.

I spent the minimum just see if my suspicions were right about bots and fake profiles and Media Mister didn't disappoint. Even the email responses are suspiciously bot like. Also, it took nearly a month to fulfil the order. Save your money guys and girls it's all smoke and mirrors.

total scam if I could give a negative review i would, stare clear of media mister, no delivery and bots as customer service and live chat, only want that money...avoid !

Media Mister is a complete scam. I paid for a service, received an invoice, and nothing was delivered. Their only response is to repeatedly tell you to “contact support,” with zero resolution. Avoid this company. Legal measures and financial dispute are now in progress.
