Really great customer service!! I give this Store 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ they didnt have a certain dress online, it was sold out but they were able to get one shipped to the Store and have it on hold for me!!

I recently ordered a gown from Miss Circle and was genuinely impressed by the quality and craftsmanship. The tailoring was impeccable, and the dress was made with high-quality material both inside and out — no shortcuts, no cheap finishes, just a beautifully constructed piece with an impressive amount of fabric and structure. Although the dress ultimately wasn’t the right fit for me personally, the return process was seamless. Their customer service team responded promptly, provided all the necessary return information, and processed my refund as soon as the dress reached them. Overall, I had a fantastic experience with Miss Circle and wouldn’t hesitate to order from them again. Highly recommended!

Miss Circle has great quality dresses. I am not sure if they recently went with a different manufacturer as I used to take a small in their dresses. I recently ordered 3 small pieces. 1 fit and 2 I had to return. I had no problems with the return policy. They promptly sent me a shipping label and promptly refunded my card. Great customer service. I may start sizing up to a medium now. But no complaints. Great quality clothing and good return policy.
