Flippy actually did an amazing job yesterday to keep up with orders at my restaurant. I believe yesterday was one of the busiest days so far since we had Flippy. I would give Flippy a solid 4 out of 5. There was a few times it did burn up some food (mainly cheese stick) , but that could have been just from them not being rock hard before being cooked. Today we did have a couple small hiccups, but the customer service team was amazing, and worked quickly to get it back up and running. There was actually a time where Miso called us before I was even aware that Flippy was having an issue.
