I became a provider in this network. I was hesitant but I had a client who was insured with Mishe and really wanted to work with our practice. On the front end their communication is great to get you networked and credentialed with them. Their website and contract claims that you'll be paid within 24 hours of the claim being received in their system. I have claims that have been pending with them for 2 months without updates. When you call you are connected to a bunch of foreigners who are basically reading from a script. No one seems to know anything. When you email them they don't respond. PROVIDERS: Stay away from this network.

This is my second time posting a review since they called me multiple times and asked me to remove it a while back. I had a huge amount of outstanding bills I was still trying to get them to pay and was afraid they wouldn’t pay if I didn’t remove my negative review. This is my personal experience with the Mishe Mess, the Mishe Monster, these scammers and fraudsters. My former company used this platform to provide employees with what was supposed to be $0 healthcare. We call it the Mishe Mess. Mishe Murderers. The Mishe Massacre. What an absolute nightmare they are and total frauds and scammers. It took multiple employees, calls, texts, emails, repeated request over months to get appointments scheduled. I was finally seen and after 9 months trying to collect, my providers are now sending me to collections for unpaid balances although Mishe claims they make same day payments. I was given conflicting information regarding costs, deductibles, and authorizations and approvals on several occasions which I have in writing from multiple employees at Mishe. I was told my major surgery was cancelled the night before it took place (I DID have my surgery). I was harassed by several employees despite repeatedly telling them to stop contacting me. I have endured such horrific treatment and harassment from this company that I am dealing with PTSD as a result. One of my providers called to collect payment and was told I no longer have insurance although I am paying for COBRA. These people and this company are not just irresponsible, they are medically negligent and directly responsible for paying customers being refused necessary medical treatments and services and they MUST be held accountable. I have everything in writing and recorded calls for proof. I have hired an attorney that specialize in insurance fraud and contact law and we are working to put together a class action suit since we know there are many others who’ve been harmed by Mishe the way I have been. Beware of this SCAM and warn others. The Mishe Mess will leave you desperately fighting to receive medical care you need while they play games with your life. Oh, also, I wrote this review for Google several months ago and was contacted by their staff threatening for me to remove it. I had nearly 100k in outstanding medical bills at the time I was begging them to pay so in FEAR I removed the post. NOT this time. Send me to collections, I don’t care. The Mishe Mess and its representatives are killing people and I’m not removing my story to get you to pay my bills! Please as a consumer do your due diligence and ensure that the company you’re dealing with is honest and reputable, not a scam artist like Mishe.

I had an amazing experience working with Karen at Mishe. She stepped in to assist me with my case at a time when I had very limited options for managing my hyperhidrosis, and I truly don’t know what I would have done without her support. Karen took the time to listen to all of my concerns and walked me through different care options, making sure I felt comfortable and confident every step of the way. She consistently checked in, followed up after appointments, and made sure I was happy with the treatment I was receiving. That level of care and attention meant so much to me. Beyond her professionalism, Karen is incredibly kind and personable—she genuinely felt more like a friend than just a care coordinator. She made a difficult situation so much easier to navigate, and I always felt supported. I’m extremely grateful for everything she’s done for me, and I would highly recommend Mishe to anyone looking for real results and compassionate, dedicated support in receiving the care they need.

Laurel was my point of contact in regards to several scheduled medical appointments. the office had given me the portion i would have to pay and what insurance would pay. Things didn’t add up to me; however, i couldn’t intelligently debate the issue with the doctors office. I reached out to Laurel and in a day or two later she called me informing me i was not going to have to pay as much. One visits payment was reduced by $100. Two other scheduled visits went from $121 each to ZERO. All i did was involve Mishe (Laurel) and they addressed my concerns quickly and efficiently. Refreshing that i received this type of representation from Mishe.

Laurel was the best! My procedure was on the brink of being cancelled due to unforseen circumstances, but Laurel worked her magic and was able to still have me seen as scheduled. I do not know what I would have done without the help of her services!

Laurel has been a blessing in disguise.When I called to ask questions about their services , It sounded to good to be true. I gave Laurel all the appointments I have through the end of the year and in less than 24 hrs she had everything taken care. No Co-Pay or out of pocket expenses were taken when arriving at my appointments.Laurel has helped me more in the last month than ANY of my other insurance companies ever have. Thank You Laurel!!

Laurel with Mishe has been wonderful. I had to have a colonoscopy and a CT scan, and I have two upcoming doctor's appointments. Laurel has taken care of everything. She even made the appointment for my CT scan! She stays in communication with me and promptly answers any questions I have. I can't say enough good things about her and about Mishe in general.

Laurel was absolutely amazing! She was so helpful and available when needed! There was an issue getting a hold of a doc to assist me as a new patient. She was so on the ball and dedicated to get me taken care of. She was knowledgeable and helpful with the cascading tests and needs after the visit.
