I am writing this regarding my custom toric order #140086, placed on July 10, 2026. According to the order confirmation, shipping should take 28 to 35 business days. As of today, it has been 48 business days, and my order has still not been shipped. Every time I email customer support, I only receive identical, automated bot replies apologizing for production delays and promising it will be in the "next shipment". Nobody is looking into my actual account. I want my lenses, but I will not risk my financial protection. My bank (via Visa/Mastercard) has a strict 120-day limit for chargebacks. If my order is not manufactured and shipped with a valid tracking number before October 25, 2026, I will immediately file a formal bank dispute to reclaim my money for non-delivery of goods. Please have a real human look into order #140086 and provide a genuine status update.

My experience with Misakicon has been extremely disappointing. I placed an order in August 2026 and, despite payment being taken, I have been left without any meaningful confirmation of whether my order has actually been processed or dispatched. Their online tracking function repeatedly returns an error, so I cannot even independently check what is happening with my purchase. I contacted customer service politely, explained the problem in detail, and provided a screenshot showing the tracking error. I received no acknowledgement and no response. I then had to follow up again simply to ask for basic information about an order I had already paid for. Delays can happen. Technical problems can happen. What is far more difficult to accept is silence. When a customer has handed over their money, they should not have to repeatedly chase a company simply to find out whether their order has been sent. A short email acknowledging the enquiry, explaining any delay, or providing tracking information would have made a significant difference. Instead, the combination of poor communication, unusable tracking and unanswered correspondence has left me with very little confidence in the service. I am deliberately not publishing my order number or other personal information in this review for privacy reasons, but I can provide the relevant details privately if verification is required. Based solely on my experience to date, I cannot recommend Misakicon and feel that one star is justified. I would, however, be willing to update this review if the company finally responds, provides clear information about my order, and resolves the matter appropriately.

It has been six months and I have not received my toric lens after . I tried requesting a refund since I have purchased the lens elsewhere but I keep being told they are being processed. This is a scam.

Worst experience seems like all the reviews says the same thing waiting over 3months for lenses even 9 months and we are all getting excuses of delayed production at this point I think we are being scammed. I will never do business with them again

I've been ordering from this brand for a few years and never had a problem until 2025. I'm not sure what changed but I used to get my custom made toric lenses in 2-4 months (4 months MAX). Last year they messed up my order and had to send me a remake that took 9 months to get to me with constant follow up on my end. I thought it took so long because it was a remake and might not have been a priority so I placed another order in December 2025 for their holiday sale. It is now about to be 8 months since I've placed my order with no update. I've reached out multiple times and they are giving me the same recycled excuses on why it's taking so long. They also only answer email. I've tried calling and no one will answer and won't call you back when you leave a voicemail. I don't know if there is a new CEO for the company or a new manufacturer that is messing things up for them but unfortunately this will be the last time I order from misaki. I've created a case with my bank to try and get my money back.

It was EXTREMELY AWFUL. Ordered about 60 days ago and was consistent in following my order up. But they keep saying my order is still “in production”. THIS IS A SCAM.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE. Tried to order multiple times and was told there was delay after delay for 8 MONTHS then when I did get them they were the wrong prescription and the color grading was different on one from another. Still haven't gotten a replacement pair after 4 months now and ty get this to refund me.

If I were able to leave a zero star it would be zero. Placed an order for custom toric contact lenses at the beginning of January and paid in full. Over four months later, I still haven’t received them and there’s no confirmed ship date. Since then, it’s been the same cycle of excuses—production delays, factory issues, third-party problems—with no real updates or progress. Every response is vague, and I’ve had to follow up every single time. There is no proactive communication and no accountability. I was also told refunds are not allowed, despite the order never being fulfilled. The company claims to be complaint-free on BBB in 2023, which does not reflect my experience or many others. I strongly encourage anyone considering this company to look into customer complaints before placing an order. If you are thinking about ordering—don’t. You are risking your money with no guarantee you will receive anything in return. Take your money and business elsewhere.
