JB, thank you so much for taking the time to leave this wonderful 5-star review! It truly means a lot to me personally. I’m thrilled to hear that you’re loving your Halsted kitchen faucet, and I hope you’re enjoying the Humboldt drinking water faucet and matching soap dispenser as well. I think the three together make a beautiful and functional combination. Your comment about the quality being comparable to faucets costing 3 or 4 times as much is especially meaningful to me. That is exactly what I set out to accomplish with Mirozza, premium quality, beautiful design, and exceptional value without the inflated price. And thank you for mentioning that I’m always available to answer questions. As the owner, I believe strongly that our customers should be able to reach a real person who stands behind the products. I personally care about every faucet that leaves our doors. Thank you again for choosing Mirozza and for supporting our small family-owned business. I truly appreciate your trust, and I hope you enjoy your Mirozza products for many years to come! Marek Owner, Mirozza

Paul, thank you so much for taking the time to leave such a thoughtful and detailed review. I truly appreciate you sharing your experience with the Halsted faucet and soap dispenser, but even more so, I’m grateful that you took the time to mention the support you received during your installation. As the owner of Mirozza, comments like yours mean a tremendous amount to me. I’m building Mirozza very differently from the big brands — through quality products, personal customer service, and most importantly, recommendations and word of mouth from customers like you. Your comment about discovering Mirozza through a home-improvement forum really made me smile. It’s exactly why your recommendation matters so much. If you ever share your faucet, kitchen, or renovation online, I would be incredibly grateful if you mentioned Mirozza by name. Every mention, recommendation, and conversation helps more people discover what I’m trying to build. And yes — the bathroom hardware is coming! 😊 I’m working toward expanding the Mirozza line while staying true to the same philosophy: exceptional quality without the luxury-brand markup, backed by real customer support. Thank you again, Paul, for your trust, your support, and for giving Mirozza a chance. Knowing you would gladly buy from me again is one of the best compliments I could receive. Marek Owner, Mirozza

I’m especially happy to hear that both the quality of the faucet and the personal customer service exceeded your expectations.
