STAY AWA FROM MIRCALESUIT products! Awful customer service! I put the wrong address by mistake, I emailed them right away. Then I called them, they told me I am out of their 3 hour window (even though I sent them an email right away but they responded 3 hours later). Then, they told me that I would be able to change the address with the courier when I get a shipping notification. Guess what? The shipping method they use does NOT allow for the change of address. Absolutely awful customer service! Total waste of money! They don't value customers. Stay away!

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I wish I read these reviews before ordering from them. I had ordered something that was shown on the Today show. After paying for shipping and including extra $ in case I had to ship back, it never made its way to the carrier. I was told I had to wait 2 weeks before they would consider refunding my $ (it wasn't cheap btw). After 2 weeks + 1 day, I was told I needed to wait another 3 days for an email to determine if I will be getting a refund. In between, I was given an email address to follow up. I sent 3 emails and no response. I will not order from them again and hope to save others the trouble as well.

The products do not fit well. The return is as follows. You pay for the original shipping cost for the product to get to you in addition to paying for the shipping cost to return the product to them. This is double taxation and they are price gouging do not purchase from this site

I returned the suit within 3 days but apparently by not using their 'loop' system (not written about anywhere on the returns policy) I will have to wait 6 weeks before getting a refund. Added to which the postage I am being charged to return one light swimming costume is exorbitant. Nothing like the simple returns policy quoted on the Miraclesuit website

The return policy is only 30 days after the purchase and took me longer than that to figure out how tight is the swimsuit I got. They told me that return is not likely possible!!!! This company is not customer friendly and if you spend $200 on their website, say goodbye to your money basically. Extremely rude and unprofessional policy! No miracle here.

UK buyers beware. Do not buy unless you are happy to accept a charge equivalent to 20% of the value of your order to return unwanted goods. I ordered from what I thought was a UK website. When processing my return I was told I was being charged for carriage and custom duties back to the US. Took 5 emails to customer services to get a straight answer and confirmed my understanding is correct.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Had an issue with returns and sent three emails to the customer service address shown on their Website.(I sometimes have a hearing problem on the phone). None of the three has ever been answered. There is also a way to escalate your problem, so filled that form out and submitted. Response? None. I may be out the gist of one returned swimsuit that they still haven’t acknowledged. Though their suits are great for large-busted women, I will never again buy from them.

I ordered a swimsuit May 29th for a trip that starts June 12th. To date I have not received it. Ughhh! I had to go out and purchase one today. I had received a shipping confirmation saying it would be here this past Monday. It did not arrive. I have not received any additional information 😕. I was told there was a transit error. Hope I get my money back. 💰 . Should have read the reviews first. But it was so pretty I couldn't resist.
