Ordered an Elvis Shirt for an Elvis Tribute Artist Festival in plenty of time to get here. But guess what; I leave tomorrow and it is not here so I am VERY disappointed!! I guess that's what happens when a company pretends to be in the USA but the product they are selling is coming from overseas!!!

The order took weeks to arrive. Once it arrived, the materials were awful (very cheap) and the fit was way too small. I ordered my usual size and it was about 2 sizes too small. I asked to return the unused items in the original packaging and was offered $4 US Dollars. I thought it was an error, as I thought they were offering $40 USD (I paid $50 USD total for the 2 items). They came back and said no, it is not an error and they would like to offer me $4 US Dollars. Worst customer service ever. Stay away from this company.

Ordered a breast cancer awareness cardigan 5 weeks before breast cancer awareness day. It took 4 weeks to arrive and was orange and decorated with pumpkins. After sending them 3 emails and 6 photos they finally admitted it was out of stock so had sent a replacement. The cardigan cost 36.99,they said return postage would be too much SO OFFERED 4 YES 4 DOLLARS IN COMPENSATION!!!
