The phone is good
The phone is good, but they sent me the wrong charger. One for Europe, I'm in the USA. After over a month of exchanging e-mails & them telling me how sorry they are for my frustration, I just outright bought another charger - the right one - from the phone manufacturer and had it drop shipped to me. Cost? $45. Which MIOT claimed they just were 'unable' to source through their channels Translation: we won't make good on our promise to resolve problems. Stay away, they just want your money.

As mentioned in our communication, we did offer compensation in USD along with additional bonuses to make up for the inconvenience, but unfortunately, this solution was declined. We’re sorry this part was not reflected in your review. We would also like to clarify that on our website we clearly indicate the type of phone being sold and the charging adapter included. The adapter provided is a global version intended for international use, and we do not advertise it specifically as a USA charger. That said, we genuinely regret the inconvenience this caused you. The manufacturer indeed supplies only the EU-standard plug and does not provide a US-standard plug; furthermore, the product page did not indicate that a US-standard plug would be included. The product description includes a complete unboxing video that clearly demonstrates the plug specification contained within the package is the EU standard; please kindly refer to the provided YouTube video link. On a manufacturers web-ste there is also no US 120W power adapter shown: https://oukitel.store/products/charger and https://oukitel.uk/pages/oukitel-wp30-pro-specs So, it is impossible to offer you the product which is not supported by manufacturer. We hope that despite this issue, you are enjoying the phone itself — it is a high-quality device, and we truly want you to have a great experience with it.
