The absolute worst customer service i've ever experienced. I could maybe understand if I was nasty or rude but every single time I reached out even just to get my refill it was horrendous. There's no way to contact a nurse or have check-ins...you're expected just blindly email the same 4 rude ppl in customer service. They switched compounding pharmacies, cut my dosage in half with no note or explanation so I assumed it was a mistake. When I went to refill my prescription they were rude and blamed it on me saying I should have asked someone if I had questions and refused to refill my prescription. Supposedly this pharmacy made a "different strength" of medecine (? never heard of that before). They also made this switch without asking what my current dosage was. Anyone whose been taking a glp-1 knows how dangerous it is to jump around with dosages and how nauseous it makes you to go up and down and to have no dr oversee/communicate this and to just take the world of a customer service agent after the fact is WILD. When I went to cancel my subscription they charged me for another month and still gave no refill because a "15 day notice" was required. There is absolutely no way this company goes without getting some sort of malpractice suit brought against them.

Scammed me out of $699.00 Promised a telehealth consult with a physician to address weight issues. Back-and-forth, emails never responded to, nasty comments on social media when I inquired. I had 2 different labs with results in THIS week--2/4/2024--that they used as another excuse to give me a runaround and not deliver the services they advertised. Total sham. Denied refund request even though I was within the so-called "money back guarantee". MinuteMD is a total scam and their business should be shuttered.

I was looking into compounded semaglutide. ReviveRX is the pharmacy business, but did not know this until I received the email of my processing order. After looking into this pharmacy, they have FAILED FDA sterile compounding requirements for two years in a row. After discovering this, I asked that my golden membership of premium status $359 be cancelled. They said no. Really? My CC blocked charges. Thank you Gold Saks Fifth for having my back. The reality is this company broke several laws by not having a medical professional consult with me face to face (live) for a video consult. In my state, telemedicine requires the physician actually SEE a patient!! Write a valid prescription. Orders can’t be canceled once processed. But you can block future charges and purchases. It is my understanding compounded semaglutide is not FDA approved! For your own safety, do not receive anything that is administered by needles from this pharmacy. Do the research. Call the FDA. Ask Minute MD if you can speak to your assigned Dr. In my personal experience MinuteMD failed as an online telemedicine weight loss professional. I lost 13 pounds, yes. But I was fasting. And the loss stopped there. Why? Is the medicine real? My dr told me to stop taking this injectable because it was potentially dangerous. She received an FDA alert about these membership pharmacies; promising to help obese people with diabetes, but take money and supplying them with questionable product. Telesessions are being done across state lines without the appropriate display or offering of of medical credentials and the professionals onboard? Without seeing a person or talking to a live person face to face. Memberships? To the dead, thin club? Since when do you need a membership to get medicine you need? Not once did I set eyes on a nurse or dr. Compounded semaglutide using salts or acetate type products or whatever, did not help me lose weight. But it sure did drain my bank account. Greed. Merry Christmas to the money hungry people who are not being 100% forthcoming and laughing all the way up the bank using substandard compounding pharmacies and bogus marketing telemedicine practices. Website is A plus. I was fooled. MinuteMD works with ReviveRX who received a warning from the FDA, as well as a follow up that their fulfillment process was unsafe and their products were not pharmaceutical grade. It was an easy google find.

I wanted to cancel as it hasn’t been working for me. I will be sending the medication I received to have it analyzed. Then I will be turning it over to the State, depending on the results. The refill they sent me is 1/5th of the original dosage & they wanted to charge me $249 for the next 3 months. (see below). I don’t think so! They were quick to reply to my message to cancel but haven’t replied to my other message, how convenient 🤔🤨🧐 You cannot cancel your account until all 3 payments are made on your refill medication. (Note: the refill is a 1/5th of original dosage). You can update your credit card information by going to the following URL: (Removed for privacy). Click on the View button for the subscription product that you are enrolled in, then on the next screen click the Change Payment button. Once that is completed, if you are currently delinquent on any payments you will now need to go into your Subscription and manually process the payment that is due by performing the following steps from your My Account dashboard: I hate to think I’ve been scammed but I will be going through my own doctor & willing to pay the price associated with my deductible. Probably should have done that at the beginning but live & learn. I hope this helps someone else out there! 😔

I should’ve known when they sent the script for the wrong bloodwork that this was not going to go well. So after that was a straightened out & the doctor sent my script to the pharmacy, I waited over 2 months for my medicine to arrive. But they sure were on the ball like clockwork at taking their money from me. I would never do business with them again!! Would never recommend anyone to them!

I was so excited when I saw this company was able to provide compound medication i needed. It started off really great and to break it down. I was having issues with the medication that was sent to me when I contacted them to tell them the medication was not working and tried several emails to work out. Nothing was ever offered by this company for any solution. In fact, I got an email from lori that works at minute md. Where she used these word called me ignorant in the email. She told me that I was an ignorant person because I was trying to find a solution to this expensive medication that I was paying for that was not working. do not use this company. They are horrible. Horrible customer service. They just want to get you locked into a contract and then make it very difficult for you to get out of it. And in the meantime, treat their customers and such a rude way. I can't believe they're even in business.

They will up charge you $100 after your initial 3 month prescription for Semaglutide. Once you need to go past 1mg dose, they then inform you that theirs another tier that is 2.4mg. This is not clear at all at the beginning. Very deceptive and scammy.
