No reply to messages. Taken my money. Was in review for 3 weeks. 3 months later, no medication or refund.

Great staff that get back to emails quickly. But I paid alot of money for it not to work.

The sign up process was easy enough but it was taking entirely too long to get started. I requested a cancellation with a refund for the labs, which I understand. I asked if we could bill my insurance for the labs and they didn’t even acknowledge that I asked about that. I felt like their lack of communication was a huge problem and I don’t feel like being jerked around and waiting fan extended period of time to get this process going. I do not recommend.

I ordered from them since August 19 today is October 19 still no medication, at first the emails was "we appreciate your patience" now they don't even answer the emails, I asked for a refund still nothing, I understand people are promoting them but there a many of us they just take our money and ran, at this point I don't want the medication just my money back.

I am soooo exhausted with basically having to BEG for my refills and receiving delayed responses!!!! The current system of having to request refills monthly is TERRIBLE as is responding staff!!!!!! And to be advised at the last minute that I now need new bloodwork and once done, I will be considered a "new patient" is simply a money grab as I noted new patients are now being charged $50 more than what I am currently paying!!!!! VERY FRUSTRATING AND DISAPPOINTING!!!!!

Total scam! They have TikTok affiliate marketers telling you that every dosage is the same low price when in fact that is a lie and it is not true. I had to spend the $350 to find this out and I better get it back!!! There’s no phone number to call. There’s only an email. They do not respond to you so far. Very sketchy!!!

They Charge you before you even get blood work done and receive any meds and keep charging you for 3 months for every refill you get. They tell you to order your refill early but then tell you it’s too early and won’t ship. My meds do not cover 3 months. I get about month and half out of my refill. I tried to cancel my membership and am told I cannot. I cancelled my credit cards so they couldn’t charge me when I’m not getting anything and they are threatening to turn me into collections.

I tried this company as a way to receive a GLP-1 medication to help jumpstart a weight loss. At first the company seemed to be responsive and reliable. They charged me and medication and updates were provided. If you email them asking for a refill AKA to charge you more money they are extremely quick to response. As soon as there is any issue (I have no medication left and have been out for 3 weeks now), they go silent. I have been emailing for weeks now. They have continued to charge but they are radio silent on their end. Additionally, there is no contact number provided online (I assume on purpose so they can do this to avoid doing their job and just taking your money). I do regret going with this company as two friends of mine are using another service and have not had the same issues with their GLP-1 subscriptions. Update: I also submitted a claim to BBB. They eventually responded about 5 weeks afterwards. I got my last dosage that they had taken the money for and I ended my subscription with them. To not get any response for more than a month is completely inappropriate.
