customer service SUCKS with Mint...
customer service SUCKS with Mint...half the time there is no chat support, and the other half of the time, they multitask so much that minutes go by between trivial lines of conversation. The mint site has plenty enough bugs to make you need to report them, but you cant without jumping thru bureaucratic hoops which take FOREVER because the chat operators are working multiple customers at the same time!
