I returned my order and have not received my refund. Update they requested proof that I sent my items back. After I sent proof, they refund my money.

Sneakers didn't appear to be brand new look dusty

UPDATE!!! I finally got a response from Minomog. I told I would like to start a return and they stated that once I return and send a photo of the waybill they will refund. They however said it was a final sale and it was not eligible for a refund but they would extend it to me as a courtesy. I explained to them that no place on the website or on the product page do I see that information. The shoes were not on sale either. Anyways I did get my refund, I just wish it was just as easy to get my refund as it was purchasing. So I will update my ratings to 3 stars. I ordered an item that didn’t meet my expectations. The website details how to return however there’s no where on the website to start a return. They say if you don’t have an account contact custom support. Well I have been contacting them but no response. This is an unfair practice and irresponsible to not respond to a customer.

The shoes run to small and I wait like 30 days for the product…
