Hi Reanna, I am really sorry for the bad shopping experience you had on my website. After checking the website system, I found that the order information sending system as well as the email containing the file download link did not work as expected. So, after successfully purchasing, you did not receive the email containing the download link for the design you purchased. In addition, I thought that after successfully paying, you would be redirected to the design download page. It seems that you closed the browser tab immediately after you successfully paid, so you could not be redirected to the design download page. I have sent you a new email containing the file download link. We appreciate your understanding. Thank you

Hi Natalie, I think I sent an email with an attachment that fixed the SVG file issues that were causing the Cricut Design Space to fail. I hope you can check back and try opening the SVG again. Thanks

Hello, I checked your order and noticed you downloaded the file once. Additionally, if your email provides us with the correct authenticity, our system will send an email with a download link attached to your email. Hope you are a smart and knowledgeable buyer. Thank you
