Overall everything was fine. Everything arrived intact and the correct items over the course of 2 orders. Order 1 advertised items that had sold elsewhere and the site hadn't updated. But they were very friendly and fast at letting me know and refunding the now unavailable items. Order 2 took a while to arrive as it needed to be 'ordered', which seemed a bit bizarre, and was comminicated to me 5 or 6 days after placing the order, again, selling items that were in some way not available at the moment of purchase?

Exactly what it says it does. I'm not sure which order this review pinged me for but I'm a repeat customer I've not had any problems with shipping or the contents of my orders. I have been able to contact the sellers through the site without an issue. I recommend using miniswap and will continue to use in the future.

It’s been a great experience to use this platform. Everything I need without overcomplicated bells and whistles. Sales and purchases are easy, and the ability to just buy a label for shipping is great for simplifying orders. Saves a lot of headache I’d have otherwise.
