The order took along time to come, but did and we were satisfied. I ordered Minnie mouse shoes they kind of somebody drew on the shoes, but will wear them. However the outfits were the best. My sons love them and they are the best. I’m getting ready to order one of my sons some more fits. Great job! The only issue was the order took a long time.

DO NOT order from this company. I ordered a pair of sneakers for my son for Christmas. First, they took a very long time to come in. Second, they were too big and did not have the same measurements as shown in their size chart. Lastly, when I tried to return them, I had to jump through hoops (taking measurements, sending photos, etc), and in the end I was told that I could not return the item. It was a complete waste of money and time, and clearly this company does not believe in "the customer is always right"... even when provided proof of their error.

The shoes are amazing and beautiful! I really love them. I bought myself three pairs and a jogging outfit.

I've been trying to get in contact via email about tracking the juice wrld shoes ordered for my son. Finally got a tracking number for them. Then I get a notification that they have been delivered yet no packages on my porch my son is so disappointed. Seems like a scam since nobody answered phone, nobody emails back I just want my sons christmas gift.

First of all, I apologize that you haven’t received your order yet, and I also apologize for the delayed response to your message. According to the shipping company, your order might be scheduled for delivery over the weekend or on the next working day. Please check your mailbox and monitor the status of your order within the next 2-3 days. If you still haven’t received the package after this time, feel free to contact me again so I can assist you further. Thank you for your understanding and patience.

I got my daughter the Weezer Nikes and I just have to say they are prestige and my daughter lives them so much. She couldn't wait to put them on right after she opened her Christmas gift. I definitely will be ordering from this company many more times!

Ordered a shirt in early November to make sure it would be her for Christmas. They said it would be here by then. Christmas is in 7 days and it still not processed. Do not order from this place.

Thank you for shopping with us. Your order was placed 30th November and the store cut-off in 1st December, and we have already provided the tracking information. As we mentioned earlier, this is a peak season, and both our production facilities and shipping partners are experiencing heavy demand. We are doing our best to ensure your order arrives before Christmas, but we also hope for your understanding of any delays. If you have any further concerns, please feel free to email us, and we’ll assist you as promptly as possible.
