They Stole My Deposit And Burned My Equipment
Mining Store and their CEO JP Baric have serious issues and no ethics. I moved hundreds of miners to their facilities and we had constant issues with delay after delay miners being offline for weeks and some for months. We had to constantly point out that they were down for them to even take a look into what was happening. Suddenly we get an email saying one of their sited caught on fire from one of their employees apparently starting the fire according to their own email to me. After talking to them about what can be done about insurance claims they just brushed it off and said "you should have insured your miners". Once they burned down dozens of our miners I told them I need to move the rest of them somewhere else before they get destroyed. They charged me an additional $4k to move the miners out of their facility because they had to order a special piece of equipment due to them not investing into their facility the right way from the start. To top it all off, the owner JP has still not paid back my electricity/hosting deposit of over $60,000. He has been holding my funds for over 10 months even after I signed multiple agreements where he said he was going to return the funds within 30 days. He has cost me well over $500,000 in damages and will not pay me anything. I sued him in the state of Iowa. For anyone doing business with them, I'd suggest you get your equipment back quickly before they destroy it and can't afford to pay you back the deposit you made.
