It really makes my phone less attractive therefore I spend less time. I like the option of restricting short videos on YouTube. They are very distracting and restricting them helps me go for what I am actually looking for without distractions

So far the downloaded and paid for app is supporting me to be more mindful with my phone use, which is the goal. It's the scrolling when checking things like messages that gets me when I pick the phone up. Also how to handle having to get hold of things like QR codes for returns or train tickets without getting stuck in scrolling and other phone habits I "fall into". The simple text and bnw colour screen works for me and I'm hoping it'll mean not downgrading to a very basic internet-less phone over time.
