This company is a scam.

There was no answers to multiple inquiries about ETA of my ring . Not sure if it is actually being made or not, but I’ve already paid.

You will be disappointed if you buy a ring from Minimalist Designs. It took over a month for them to send the ring. I contacted them several times, and they never replied. At some point, they sent me an email to notify me that the ring will arrive in two or three days, But I never received it. When I emailed them about the ring they never answered. Also, there is no phone number to call them. I find that suspicious.

I do not recommend buying from this company. 1) It says it is based in America, but its customer service and production are in Turkey. This is not disclosed. 2) Customer service is terrible. They clearly state production is about 1 1/2 weeks. It took a month and half from ordering for me to receive my rings. Email representatives strung me along the whole way. 3) I ordered a 10 k gold ring that arrived in March. The band just snapped underneath. I do not use it roughly - no sports or manual labor or anything like that.

My gold ring quickly faded within days of reviving it. I had worn it for probably a total of 3 hours. I contacted customer service months ago, and nothing has happened. After checking in multiple times, they respond with “we’ll get back to you” but this has been going on for weeks. Finally they have not responded to anything that I have sent. I feel absolutely scammed.

Ordered two signet rings on June 3rd, design approved June 4th. Website states "8-12 business days" to ship. We are on day 19 and counting. Little to no communication, no phone number (my fault for not seeing this red flag pre-order), only contact is through email and it takes days for a response. Was told a week ago my items were set to ship this last Tuesday. It didn't, and they've gone completely silent even after several additional emails asking for updates. I'm very surprised they are actually still in business based on how they interact with their customers. Stay far far away from this business. Update: Finally received items 31 days after order and they are not very good quality

Giving one star simply because I'm not happy about the situation, not happy I didn't get my purchases and had to get a refund, really wanted my orders but was lied to about them being shipped out when they weren't and through others reviews of being in the same position I was, I lost trust and especially when I didn't receive a tracking number on my orders. Everything led to lack of trust and I won't be scammed out of my money from anyone. Either I get what I paid for or I get my money back. I'm so pissed I even had to take the route I did to get a refund after my orders were not shipped out. Maybe I will find better luck with another company who does the same type of work.... Trust and Honesty, Or you lose customers and money. Update: I was told to keep my reviews up on all platforms until a refund was in my account and I did receive a full refund, they kept their word. Be sure to read all the poor and bad reviews because they are accurate.

*** BUYER BEWARE *** The rings are not as described, the one I received is just plated and not solid strerling silver and also did not come as requested. The reason they can't do a solid silver ring without a black or white background is because it is just plated & not solid silver, even though they claim that they're solid sterling silver on their website as well as on the receipt when you buy the ring. They sent me two emails stating that the ring was strerling silver plated (I believe by mistake) once I brought this to their attention and the fact that they represented it was solid silver at the time of purchase. Now they won't respond or return email / correspondence. I am currently disputing charges with my bank right now because they're not willing to rectify the situation for the ring I bought for my son. I feel sorry for the people that don't realize that they got taken.
