There was some confusion about when the miniscope was coming, and Marc addressed this immediately and courteously.

In November I ordered a Mini Microscope and Accessory Kit to be sent to my granddaughter in New Zealand. We were notified that the package was delivered but unfortunately my daughter never received it. When I followed up with MiniLabsters, they said the parcel was not delivered and was returned by the delivery service. My emails were responded to very quickly and another Microscope was sent out on December 5th to the same NZ address. This parcel arrived safely and in good condition today so all has been resolved. I really appreciate the prompt attention MiniLabsters gave my situation. My emails were answered quickly and always with offers to help to correct the mistake. I would certainly recommend this company to friends. Thank you.

I emailed MiniLabsters after I made a purchase requesting assistance, as I forgot to use a 15% coupon. I received a very swift response stating they applied that coupon and credit me the difference.
