We Love our Miniscope, Totally recommend!

Outstanding customer service. THere wasa small defect with 1 of the 4 mini scopes I ordered for my nieces and nephews, and they replaced it very expeditiously after I simply provided a photo. Very professional and kind customer service. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. ALSO, the miniscopes are incredible!

I haven't received my microscope (bought for my son as a gift) yet, but I am really impressed by the customer experience at MiniLabsters! I purchased 3 mini-microscopes for grandchildren for Christmas this year. The girls, ages 6 and 8 are having a lot of fun with theirs. When it was discovered that the 3rd microscope did not work. I received prompt and friendly customer service and a replacement has been sent.

My young grandson was delighted with his mini microscope. But it slipped out of his hand and fell on the floor chipping part of the plastic around the lens. I wrote MiniLabsters to see if I could get a replacement part. They responded immediately and offered to replace the unit. Best customer service ever!
