MiniLabstersReviews of minilabsters.com

I am usually pretty hesitant buying things off Facebook due to previously bad experiences. But I gave it a shot with minilabsters and this time it turned out great ! Fast shipping, cool products and really helpful customer support.

Excellent customer service. I ordered a microscope by mistake and quickly contacted the company. Someone got back to me right away and cancelled my order with no questions asked.

They event sent over a vedio to help us get the most out of our mini scopes, Super kind and helpful people. Thanks a ton!

I have yet to try the product but the customer service is exceptional and extremely quick! I wanted to modify my order after placing and Marc emailed me right away, rectified the problem, and sent me a fast and easy way to pay so they could process my order immediately and ship it out as soon as possible. I truly appreciate the personal touch and real person on the other end. Very excited to try the products with my 4 and 2 year old this summer.

Amazing customer service! Had a bit of a situation and needed to change the shipping address. Marc was super helpful, making sure my kid still got her Easter gift. I'm really grateful for their halp!

Awesome tool for kids to explore everything around them. Very nice backstage officers, helped solve many of our problems!

I bought the pocket microscopes for my nieces birthday but neglected to find the postage times. After discovering that they take a little longer than I'm used to, I decided to pursue a refund. Customer services were excellent and the refund was in my account the next day. I did request the refund before the order had been despatched but they replied to my email within the hour. Very quick, very helpful and very understanding. For a problem that was entirely of my own making, at that. Five stars.

I was a bit skeptical at first, but this microscope really does zoom a lot!
