Just received my microscope and realised that this is quite blatantly a scam. Extremely poor quality made of cheap plastic and about as sturdy as Charlie Sheen carrying a tray of shots to the breakfast table. Purchased the kit including stand and after trying to use it to view the preloaded sliders have found that the scope does not align correctly so just get a view of the holder, perfect if you like viewing the same piece of cheap green plastic over and over again. This has obviously been well marketed but what you see on the website is far from what you receive in real life. Save yourself some time, money and disappointment by going to a reputable toy store and getting a decent microscope that’s tried and tested by real people, and not hordes of Chinese armies leaving fake reviews all across Trustpilot to con you into buying something that’s so terrible, your children will never forgive, nor forget. -14.2 stars.

Trasiga plastprylar. Stämmer inte överrens med beskrivningen.

Here with an update: company is a fraud. They did not return my money and did not deliver the package to my nephew either. I placed an order for an explorer bundle for my nephew and somehow the shipping address changed it to the billing address so the gift was being delivered to another country (To UK instead of USA) it was entirely my fault and I realized it a bit too late (after the order had already been shipped.) So I contacted the customer support through the email provided and discussed the whole situation. That’s when Marc (🦸‍♂️) came into the picture. He first offered to ship it to USA if I just paid the shipping cost, when I offered to return the product and place another order. He talked to the management and sent me another Explorer Bundle Free of cost to my sister’s address in the USA. I have never in my life (and I am 30 years old so not even that young) seen better customer service! I would recommend them to everyone. Guess what all the kids I know are getting on their next birthday? Yes, you got that right, An Explorer Bundle by MiniLabsters!

Nice and fast customer service, but horrible fort kit. Cheap and plastic. Looks nothing like what is offered on their page. I got offered 40% refund instead of returning it when I complained. I think they buy the stuff cheap from china, ad a lot (!) to the price and still makes a profit even with the 40% refund.

I would give negative stars if I could. I ordered a mini scope and a fort kit. Both are extremely cheap plastic. The scope does not work to magnify anything - I've tried adjusting everything as suggested and still just seeing a bright, blurry, color block of the item. So disappointing. The fort kit is extremely flimsy and there aren't enough pieces to build a fort at all. I was so excited but now am so disappointed. These were my kid's birthday present and now he can't even use them!! Do not buy this cheap, useless, crap!!!

Cheap plastic pieces of crap. Do not buy
