I made an error with my order and quickly wrote an email asking for a change. Marc was super amazing at helping really quickly make the changes, no questions asked and very friendly. Can’t wait to receive this toy for my outdoorsy, adventurous little 4 year old!

Quick reply and positive resolution to correct a mistake I made in my order.

I made an error with my order and accidentally purchased 4. I emailed to explain and ask for a refund of 2. Marc was soo helpful and kind. He replied the same day and said it was no problem, then processed the refund straight away. I didn’t have to do anything, just need to wait for the bank to process the refund now! Can’t wait for my order to arrive.. thanks for making the process so easy. Definitely get a good and trustworthy feeling from MiniLabsters.

I made a purchase that I then needed to cancel. The customer service was great, they responded very quickly and refunded straight away. I will be happy to use them in future when ready to purchase.

Glitch with payment caused my order to go in twice. I contacted customer service who reversed the second charge so quickly that it never posted to my PayPal account! Hope the mini microscope is just as awesome 😎

I bough 2 mini scope perfect for the kids. Customer service has been amazing I made a mistake with the purchase and they have helped with no question. Marc has been a superstar, and solving the problem with in less than 2 hours! Totally recommend them

Fabulous customer service. Had an issue with mis-typing my email address on my order but Marc was a huge help and got it sorted. Looking forward to receiving the miniscope and exploring for mini beasts with my son!
