I put the wrong street on my address.(I was really excited for the miniscope). When I contacted them, they shipped out another order to the correct address. No extra cost!

We love our miniscope! Not only does my son (5yrs old) have a blast with it running around and looking at everything possible, my husband and I love it too! We have definitely used it while our son was in school. Our favorite thing we have looked at so far is our pet jumping spider, he is very small and it was fun to see all the hairs on his legs and even his little toe claws! Shipping was easy to track and arrived on time.

A fault with my order, resulting in 2 mini scopes getting ordered instead of 1, was resolved so fast I almost fell off my seat! It’s so rare to come across customer service like that these days and it really impressed me. A refund for the extra miniscope was arranged and the communication was friendly and professional.
