Customer service is amazing! I ordered the mini microscope for my daughter as a Christmas present. Unfortunately, when we were trying it out yesterday, we noticed there’s something broken or loose inside that is obstructing the view. When we shake the black piece out of the way, the microscope really does work great. I believe this happened while in transit, because the packaging was a bit squished when it arrived. I emailed MiniLabsters this morning to let them know what had happened and I received a response a few hours later apologizing for the inconvenience and offering to send out a replacement at no cost. Quick and easy! Already received a shipping confirmation. We are very excited about receiving our new microscope!

A slight confusion over delivery. The tracker said it had been delivered when in fact it hadn't been. Customer support was very responsive and assured me it would arrive. It arrived the next day.

When the tracking no. said order not found I contacted the company and was given another way to track the parcel, this arrived two days earlier than the expected date with the goods well packed - they look good but haven't tried them.

Good service I. Reasonable time.

Quick and easy-to-use

Fantastic item for a science mad son, he'll be buzzing on Christmas morning and no doubt exploring outside to see what he can find. Sadly the box was damaged in transit (better packaging would prevent this) but the MiniLabsters gave me a partial refund and I will give the gift without the box, decent customer service and a suitable resolution given how close we are to Christmas.

After receiving the product, realized my grandkids aren't quite old enough to enjoy it the way I'd hoped. But customer service was great, and a refund was promptly issued!
