I accidentally put the wrong address in when ordering and when I emailed the team for help they sent out another one right away to the correct address for no extra cost. Great customer service with fast replies.

I finally found the perfect gift for a special little girl and ordered the MiniMicroscope in such a hurry I forgot to check Christmas delivery times. When I realized I would not be able to deliver the gift I contacted the company and they offered to cancel the order immediately .
