MinicubezReviews of minicubez.com

the item I ordered took a long time to arrive, once I had received item there was no instructions to build it, I have emailed the company multiple times for instructions and have not heard back from them, this build was meant to be a gift which is not able to be gifted as it is just a pile of red bricks, communication is lousy

I purchased a custom set almost a year ago and have yet to complete it. I scanned the QR code on multiple devices, with and without wifi, and on different browsers and it still doesn’t load the instructions. I’ve tried to get help several times with zero success. One time, the rep told me that it worked for them and that I must have been doing it incorrectly. All I wanted was to buy my husband a custom gift that matched his grandfather’s car and it was a waste of money and time. I don’t get why asking for a PDF or actual help was so hard.

Took way longer then promised at purchase and with the introduction to pay more to get delivery made quicker is ridiculous.

Terrible! Ordered two cars prior to Christmas almost a year ago and have still not received them. Total scam do not buy from these people.

Your product is absolute garbage and it took forever to receive! There's not much more to explain than that. I could've just bought my son generic Lego blocks and he could've come up with something better.

Total scam, custom car didn't look like my car at all. They drag out the "build" until you can't dispute the credit card charge, and send you crap, then never respond, except with more sales emails.

My order was never received and I have sent numerous emails from the delivery company stating that the order was lost but there has been no response from the company. Worst customer service ever. Do not recommend

Ordered a Tundra kit - QR code unusable Support won't respond! If i could give it zero stars i would - i'm sitting here with a kit over a year old and won't provide any response.
