After taking over 4 months to develop and send my product, it did not have a complete set of parts. I contacted them, and they even confirmed and asked me to take pictures, which I sent, of the car and the missing parts. I've heard nothing and am currently still waiting for those parts. That said, I'm still not excited by the build. It doesn't look like my car at all, and I don't know that I'd even want to display it. Might as well throw the parts in my general Lego bin for cousins and nephews and nieces to play with. Just an overall terrible experience, and I would not recommend doing business with them.

Got a kit that looks like the right colors but never got the build instructions. Contacted customer support several times and never got a response. What a scam!

Very very poor customer support. Upon receiving my custom order, the wheels didnt fit and some of the instructions simply didnt put together, forcing me to find pieces i had lying around to fix their mistakes. When contacting them about this there has been 0 response. I gave up after sometime.

Terrible buying experience. I purchased TWO custom vehicle sets almost a year ago and have yet to receive either one. I have reached out via email and chat and have either been completely ignored or told they’re still being made. There was no hesitation to charge my card $200 but fulfilling the order seems to not be a priority. Super disappointed.

First, the company mis-advertised to not tell that custom builds take 5-6 months. Then, they did not want to return the money after order was submitted (I was told 2 months max). After that, when I received my model (which was overall decent), 4 pieces were missing. I sent them an email with pics and no on responded or offered to send me the pieces or resolve it in any manner. Very disappointed, don't recommend.

Horrible experience. Legos didn’t come with clear directions and the ones that did come didn’t work. There was no one to call or email about it. Very genuinely disappointed. And took extremely long time to receive.

You can buy these for half the price from other places, they are just fake Lego from china, only writing this now because they keep trying to bribe me.

Like everyone else, it took about 4 months for them to send me a version of my 72 Chevelle. Which I knew they weren’t going to get it right, but what they sent looked like a 4 year olds version of it. I was absolutely livid that they spent that much time and my money just to give me a load of crap. I love their standard builds, but they definitely drop the ball on any custom builds. I was able to use a combo of their parts and my parts to make a significantly better build and it only took me a weekend. It helps to build a few yourself, so you get use to the kind of techniques they use to build these. Once you’re comfortable enough and feel like you have the right parts, just build it yourself. You’ll feel more empowered once you get it right. It’s all about building, messing up, and trying again until you get something you feel looks right. I’ll still continue to piddle with mine, but it’s at least 90-95% the way I wanted it. And 100% better looking than what they came up with.
