If I could give them no stars I would. No communication at all, took months to arrive and what you see is totally different to what you get. Very disappointed. Waste of money. Don't bother buying.

I ordered 2 dresses, the owl embroidered dress and the mermaid dress. Took ages to arrive and then only one was in the parcel, emailed them and though they responded the 2nd also took ages to arrive. They are such shocking quality for the price. I was sooo excited given the images on the website. But the owl dress has no feathers in it like shown in the picture and is just awful quality. The mermaid dress was purchased to give as a gift and I'm actually too embarrassed to give it to them! Would not recommend at all! Could have got nicer dresses for a fraction of the price off shein or temu.

I did not receive my order and have yet to receive a refund. I ordered it in May. Do not give them you money

Lieferung unvollständig, Kleider für Mädchen sind furchtbar. Qualität ist quasi nicht vorhanden, billiger geht es nicht. Leider habe ich erst nach dem bestellen gesehen, dass die Kleidung aus China kommt. Bin gespannt, ob ich mein Geld wieder bekomme

Très déçue de la qualité de la robe que j’ai reçue. La qualité est médiocre et les beaux détails qui devaient être cousus ne sont qu’imprimés sur la robe en réalité ce qui casse toute la beauté de la robe qui fait très bas de gamme. Les photos sont trompeuses car vous recevez une version de très mauvais goût et bas de gamme. À fuir

Une des robes est arrivée tachée ( déteinte ) et le site me propose 5 euros de dédommagement pour une robe à 25 euros c’est du vol !

Ordered the owl dress for my daughter (5) in her size. When it finally arrived it would of probably fit a 3 year old! Awful sizing. And it arrived frayed inside. The photo online was A.I to make it look better. Hardly any netting for the skirt, very thin and poorly made. Waited over a week for a response, they read my messages but did not respond. When they finally did respond I was told that according to their policy, if there is an issue with product quality, that can only give a maximum £5 refund. (I found no such policy on their website) Update 24/8/23 They are now completely ignoring any messages from me. I have left comments on their Instagram account to which they promptly delete. I have no received any refund/partial refund or store credit. Update 3/9/23. All messages are still being ignored. All posts on Instagram have been removed. No refund, no acknowledgement. No apology. Absolutely disgusting. And 90% of these reviews on here are fake from the company.
