MinehutReviews of minehut.com

They may be laggy for some, but On Meta they will listen to Improvements. So get a Github/Discord and Suggest Changes.

Minehut is honestly a good server, For completely free you can get 10 players and around 15 plugins. The servers are ddos protected and everything. The think I dislike is how it used to be unlimited plugins but they added a huge price to that so for small servers with no money 15 plugins is max. I understand they need to make money to run the servers, but why so high. Overall, Minehut rarely lags on Player Servers, it only lags in the lobby. Overall 4/5 stars from me.

it fine but all there really is to worry about is the lag and to save your world offen (i wouldnt recommend using the free service for your entire server forever)

would be 5 stars if u could get more than 12 plugins. make it at least 15 so i dont have spend over 3 weeks getting credits for a daily plan. im not sure if u can do this or not but pls allow ppl to vote for u.it would allow u to get more credits a day but with the risk that no one els will vote. thats fair then. right?

Ok, I read the reviews but they all weren't great... but I think it is pretty good, though I haven't gone on yet. I just have one question. Where can you find the IP Adress? If someone can find this and replay that would be great. Thanks! Have a Great Day!!!

Minehut is pretty good and is definitely one of the best free server hosting services. You can start up the server any time, even if you don't have access to the panel, and it has a wide range of plugins. However, you cannot select the version of Minecraft you want your server to be on, and Bukkit/Forge is the only type of server allowed. It has many useful tutorials on its Youtube channel and a large, helpful community, but I wouldn't recommend it if you are starting a big server. Also, without paying, you can only obtain 10 player slots, while other hosting services, such as Aternos, have unlimited player slots for free. Unlike Aternos, there is no queue while starting up your server. I recommend Minehut for small servers, making Minecraft videos, private servers with friends, small PVP/minigames servers and small events. It is also great if you want to program your own server in Skript, as it has almost every Skript plugin with the latest version. I don't recommend Minehut for servers that you want to customize using your own plugins, large servers, minigames servers, and large events, as well as servers that need a lot of memory/RAM.

To be honest, the free servers are actually really good considering it is: free, you just have to click create a server, and then link your Minecraft with the website to create the server. It is not that complicated, and when I and my friend play on it, it has been smooth so far. I am not sure if the legginess is dependent on your computer, but I have a half-decent one so that is not a problem for me.

I always enjoy playing minehut, with the enthusiastic staff always at hand to help, it's always a blast when you log onto the server. Would highly recommend, I would rate 5 stars if the servers weren't as laggy, maybe more ram for people who don't pay? other than that it's a great community!
