Immoral, unprofessional, unfair.
The service provided is dismal; They charge customers to use free and open-source modifications to the platform using "Credits". These are non-refundable. The "servers" that they offer as a virtual service is unable to perform the most basics of tasks with little Random Access Memory (RAM), and no dedicated IPv4 address available to connect with. Instead, users renting services from this company must first connect to a central server that is controlled by the company in question, removing control from the users. Unlike most gameserver hosts in this category, the company refuses to let users access their files using FTP(File Transfer Protocol) or SFTP (Secure File Transfer Protocol). It's exceptionally immoral and unprofessional the way they take other peoples work without their consent and charge people to use it.
